Trenwith's core services in Asia are to provide access to global capital, merger and acquisition advisory, restructuring, Initial Public Offering ("IPO") advisory and international enterprise valuation services. Trenwith continues to build out its international investment banking platform, with Asia being an important part of this build-out process.
The mission of Trenwith Group in Asia is to help turn industrial assets into intelligent capital. By providing focused investment banking services to our proprietary relationships, we are able to work thoughtfully at multiregional levels. Part of the continued strategy is to increase resources as we build Trenwith Asia, with an initial focus on China and India.
China is an area of focus as drastically improved infrastructure combined with low cost labor attracts capital which, in turn, creates a huge consumer market. This growing consumer market aligns with the current China international acquisition and investment direction called "China Outbound Strategy" which offers tremendous opportunities for Trenwith's local investment banking services.
India has successfully combined its entrepreneurial leadership with a sound banking and monetary system. Their strength in IT and a competitively waged workforce enable India to compete effectively in a broader manufacturing spectrum, which also creates significant advisory and capital raise possibilities.
