Thomas Zambito
Thomas Zambito is a Senior Vice President of Trenwith Valuation, LLC in the Seattle office. He has over eight years of valuation experience, specializing in providing valuations for financial reporting, tax reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. He has worked on a wide range of valuation assignments involving SFAS 141 intangible asset valuation and purchase price allocations, SFAS 142 goodwill impairment analyses, valuing common stock for privately-held companies, and pre-acquisition due diligence. He has provided valuation assistance to companies in a wide range of industries including software, hardware, semiconductor, telecommunications, entertainment, financial services and health care.
Prior to joining Trenwith Valuation, Mr. Zambito was a manager at Deloitte in Seattle, Washington and San Francisco, California. He has worked on numerous projects involving the valuation of technology, in-process research and development, contracts and customer relationships, trademarks and trade names, patents, and non-competition agreements. He has also reviewed third party valuation assignments for financial reporting and tax reporting purposes. Prior to joining Deloitte, Mr. Zambito was with BearingPoint, Inc.
Mr. Zambito received his M.B.A. with a focus in Finance from Thunderbird American Graduate School of International Management and his B.A. in Business Economics from the College of Wooster and is in the process of becoming certified by the American Society of Appraisers.
