Kevin Sendlenski
Mr. Sendlenski is a Vice President in Trenwith's mergers and acquisitions practice. Mr. Sendlenski has more than eight years of investment banking experience in mergers and acquisitions, raising public and private capital and executing leveraged recapitalizations. His responsibilities at Trenwith include industry and client specific research, analyzing financial statements and preparing offering materials. Prior to joining Trenwith, Mr. Sendlenski worked for the technology investment banking group of Alex. Brown and Deutsche Bank Securities.
Mr. Sendlenski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College where he was an economics major. He is qualified as a General Securities Representative.
