Harrison L. Price
Harrison L. Price is a Managing Director at Trenwith Group, LLC. He has 19 years of M&A advisory and institutional private finance experience. Mr. Price's background spans numerous buy-side, sell-side, and capital raising engagements for both private and public company clients.
Mr. Price has completed over 40 financial advisory engagements across most major industry groups. He has arranged private capital transactions totaling $1.1 billion with institutional debt and equity sources. Mr. Price has also assisted underperforming companies in raising capital and completing financial restructurings. He has testified in federal court as an expert on a variety of M&A matters including the effectiveness of marketing processes used in selling companies, the adequacy of due diligence efforts, and the valuation of businesses.
During his career Mr. Price has provided both M&A services and financing services, including capital solicitation, structure, and placement. He has worked on a wide variety of transactions including private offerings of debt and equity, debt restructurings, corporate acquisitions by private investors, and sales and acquisitions of companies. Representative transactions include arranging $866m of senior and junior debt for a $2 billion public specialty retailer; advising a $40m manufacturer of casual travel gear in replacing its credit facility; selling a $15m engine remanufacturer to a financial buyer; and advising a $370m manufacturer of food-grade specialty chemicals during its downsizing and financial restructuring.
Prior to joining our firm Mr. Price was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group at Stout Risius Ross, Inc. Previous to that he headed the M&A groups for both XRoads Solutions Group, LLC, a national restructuring and turnaround firm, and for KPMG Corporate Finance LLC's Southwest Region.
Mr. Price earned his B.S. in Economics and his J.D., each from the University of North Carolina.
