Rick S. Nathan
Mr. Nathan is Senior Managing Director with Trenwith Valuation, LLC. Mr. Nathan has over 25 years of combined industry and financial advisory services experience including the development and provision of financial valuation and transaction consulting services. Mr. Nathan provides thought leadership encompassing the valuation of business interests, capital stock, intellectual property, and intangible assets in connection with business combination decision support, statutory tax compliance, international transfer pricing, dispute analysis and investigations, asset exploitation, business plan development, capital sourcing, and strategic partnering. Previously, he had regional leadership responsibility at PricewaterhouseCoopers for corporate valuation and intellectual property advisory services. Previous positions include being responsible for KPMG’s national valuation practice within information technology industry segments; Principal and Director of Strategic Services for Cambridge Technology Partners; Director of Corporate Planning and Development for a division of Siemens Medical Systems, Inc.; and positions within IBM and Hughes Aircraft Company.
Mr. Nathan holds an M.B.A. in Finance, with Honors, from The University of Chicago, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin (Eta Kappa Nu- National Electrical Engineering Honorarium), and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University. Rick is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as designated by The CFA Institute, and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation as designated by the American Society of Appraisers.
