Ron More
Mr. More has been actively involved in valuations, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence studies, "Big ticket" leasing transactions, financial modeling and other financial consulting matters since 1976. He is currently Director of Sales with Trenwith Group LLC in New York City where he manages the Fixed Asset, Leasing and Infrastructure group and is responsible for sales on a National and International basis.
Prior to joining Trenwith Group, LLC, Mr. More was in the Transaction Advisory Services Group of Ernst & Young where he specialized in Cross Border and US big ticket leasing transactions. In this capacity he was involved with the valuation of railroad assets, fresh water and waste water treatment systems, and QTE (qualified technological equipment). He was also involved with major due diligence assignments and large valuation assignments involving mergers and acquisitions and financial modeling. His assignments included locations in Europe, Asia and North America. Prior to joining Ernst & Young he was Senior VP of Marshall & Stevens where he managed the National Leasing Group. Before that, he founded and was President of a start up company in the home automation field which was acquired by a Fortune 50 company in 1994. Mr. More began his valuation career at American Appraisal Associates where he became an equity owner, Vice President and Eastern Regional Manager. Mr. More has been involved and has directed thousands of different transactions including major US Cross Border Leasing transactions, large multi faceted projects involving major merger and acquisition valuations for tax and accounting requirements, large due diligence transactions, ESOP transactions, fairness and solvency opinions, real estate transactions and other transactions requiring valuation expertise. His valuation experience covers a full spectrum of industries from hospitality to manufacturing and high technology.
Mr. More received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Bridgeport in 1966, and his Master's Degree in Finance from Boston College in 1972.
Mr. More is member of the Association of Corporate Growth, a former member, past chapter president and past director of The National Association of Accountants. He served as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1966 to 1971.
