Valentina Midura
Ms. Midura is a Director in Trenwith's Investment Banking Group in Boston. Valentina has more than 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions including exclusive sale assignments, leveraged recapitalizations, acquisition advisory and capital financing transactions.
Prior to joining Trenwith, Valentina worked for Andersen Global Corporate Finance, LLP where she specialized in analyzing value-enhancing alternatives for middle market and Fortune 1000 companies. During her Investment Banking career, Valentina has been involved in a wide range of industry sectors including manufacturing, technology, distribution, consumer products and business services.
Valentina began her career with Andersen, LLP providing global business consulting and regulatory advisory services to companies within the public and private sectors. Valentina's responsibilities included mergers and acquisitions advisory services and public offerings of debt and equity across various industries including financial services, manufacturing, consumer products and technology.
Valentina received a Bachelor of Science from the Whittemore School of Business at the University of New Hampshire. Valentina is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and AICPA. She is a Registered Representative holding Series 7 & 63 licenses.
