Ryan J. Guthrie, Director
Mr. Guthrie joined Trenwith in 2006 and is a Director in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions group. He has ten years of middle-market investment banking experience and has led transaction execution on numerous assignments specializing in sell-side merger and acquisition engagements, leveraged recapitalizations, and private capital investments.
Prior to joining Trenwith, Mr. Guthrie worked for the middle-market investment banking division of Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. There, he represented clients in a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, technology, apparel and retail. Mr. Guthrie began his investment banking career at a leading merchant banking firm, where he provided acquisition advisory services to private equity groups and small-cap publicly traded corporations.
Mr. Guthrie received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego and M.B.A. from the Graziadio School of Business at Pepperdine University. He is a Registered Representative holding Series 7 & 63 licenses.
