Senior Associate/Manager (Valuations)
We are currently seeking an Valuation Senior Associate and Manager. The primary role for this position is Performing capital stock and asset valuation engagements for statutory tax (International, Federal, State & Local), financial reporting, and management advisory purposes (strategic planning and corporate development). Developing subordinate analysts and execution infrastructure along with business development assistance with senior practice personnel would also be expected.
This position will be working together with other experienced professionals, including Certified Public Accountants, and Appraisers with designations from a number of professional organizations, in order to service clients as part of a team effort.
Experience
Three (3) to seven (7) years of business and intangible asset appraisal services (per the above requirements) across a wide array of industries and corporate structures, including but not limited to both pass-through entities and taxable corporations.
Representative past engagement execution, management, and sourcing assistance
ESOPs, Purchase Price Allocations, Gift & Estate Tax, Debt-push down recapitalizations, like-kind exchange, "C" to "S" corporation changes, NOL/built-in-gain limitations, joint venture capitalization, debt collateralization, amongst others
Requisite Qualifications
- Education: MBA Finance desired, with undergraduate training in
- Certifications: ASA, Business Valuation; CFA; and/or other
Salary Range Midpoint is $100k
