Analyst/Associate
Trenwith offers entry-level positions for recent university and business school graduates through our Analyst and Associate programs. Trenwith from time to time will recruit intelligent and ambitious individuals who are interested in learning the investment banking process from the ground-up. Analysts and Associates will be working with senior members of the firm and in many instances with clients to provide analytical, research, and material preparation support for the firm's transactions and proposals. Analysts and Associates will be expected to perform in a fast paced and challenging work environment, but will receive the benefit of working closely with senior bankers in a wide range of industries and transaction types.
Analyst candidates must possess the following characteristics:
- Solid academic record (from a top school)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to put in long hours
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Team player, results oriented, highly motivated, and driven to achieve excellence
Associate candidate must possess the following characteristics:
- MBA (Solid academic record from a top school)
- At least two years prior work experience (Strong accounting and financial modeling skills)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Computer proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work long hours
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Team player, results oriented, highly motivated, and driven to achieve excellence
